MTD was created after hearing feedback from motorsports team owners and managers who complained about not being able to find staff. From Karting to Indaycar to IMSA to F1, All racing runs on the right people!

As a collective of former and present motorsports drivers, team owners, managers, sponsors, promoters, and public relations personnel, we saw a need and wanted to create a supply-and-demand system.

We, too, had dreams.

Like most, we lacked the knowledge to make our dreams come true. Heck, the internet wasn't even invented yet! With today's technology, connecting people, places, and things is easier than ever. We provide the platform to formulate relationships.

Everyone involved in motorsports has had a dream, Not all dreams become reality for various reasons. Lack of one or more of the following: funding,  connections, education, resources, knowledge or maybe fear. (Yes, people fear rejection, we dont!) What we all possess is PASSION!

Motorsports Talent Development provides a service of connections. Giving representation takes time, effort, and expense to develop these connections. That last point, we try to keep to a minimum. Our fees are reasonable and vary due to what is needed. We have a portfolio of talented individuals as well as well-qualified opportunities. Creating those portfolios takes research, time, and resources. Please remember that we represent those who want to be involved in motorsports and those looking to fill positions.
